After checking that the position of the compensator is appropriate, remove the flange bolts, remove the compensator, and weld the two flanges. After welding, clean up the welding slag, check the welding quality, and then process the internal and external welding ports after passing the test, and then lift the compensator for the formal installation of the flange.

The installation of bellows compensator should meet the following requirements:

2) A compensator with a flow direction mark (arrow), the direction of the arrow represents the direction of the medium flow, and must not be reversed.

3) Installation of bellows compensator.Whether the bellows compensator is welded to the steel pipe or connected to the flange, the method of post-installation is usually used.That is, when the pipeline is installed, the bellows compensator is not installed first, and the entire straight pipe is used directly at the location to be installed, and the guide bracket and fixing bracket are installed according to the design requirements and the requirements of the compensator manufacturer for the bracket setting near the compensator. After the bracket meets the design requirements, the compensator will be installed.

The metal bellows adopts GB/T12777-2008 and refers to the United States "EJMA" standard. The optimized design has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance, high strength, good elasticity and high degree. The material is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, OCr19Ni9 austenitic stainless steel, and the joints or flanges at both ends are made of low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel.

The operating temperature is----1960C≤450 degrees.
